What is the proper way to apply lipstick?

You can apply our lipstick with a lip brush or directly from the applicator. Dab it on for a sheer, diffused look or swipe it on for a more intense finish. For a clean, defined look, first line the lips with a lip pencil. If you go outside the lip line with pencil or lipstick, clean it up with a Q-tip, wiping back towards the lip. Then, fill in any necessary color with the lip pencil or lipstick. Finish by lightly blotting the lips with a tissue, then adding one more layer of color with either the lip pencil or lipstick. You can line the outside of the lips with foundation for a crisp, defined finish.

How can I prevent lipstick from bleeding?

The best way to stop lipstick bleeding is to first line your lips with a lip liner; this will help to lock in the color and prevent it from bleeding. Blotting the color with a tissue before applying another layer can also help to keep your lipstick in place. Finally, for a more defined finish, you can line the outside of your lips with foundation after applying your lipstick.

Which lipstick shades would best suit me?

We created our lipsticks in a multitude of gorgeous, flattering shades for all skin tones: from peachy nudes to dusty pinks, statement reds to dramatic berry, there is a Kjaer Weis lipstick shade for everyone.

When picking colors, look for shades that match and complement your skin tone. Consider your preferred makeup looks – do you lean towards a natural, no-makeup look, or something more vibrant and bold? Think about the colors you enjoy wearing and which lipstick shade would best complement your favorite outfits.

How do I remove lipstick?

You can remove lipstick with a gentle makeup remover, like the Kjaer Weis Cleanser. Gently wipe the lipstick off with a reusable cotton pad, then rinse away any remaining product with water. Finish with a lip balm to keep your lips soft and hydrated.
